The reading lights did not work throughout the aircraft. I requested
both from FA and IC to keep the main cabin lights on to allow reading,
they refused, claiming " the comfort of most passengers". This was a
4:00 PM, 1 hour flight, I don't think many pax would want to sleep.
So the cabin was dimmed, and I had to twiddle my thumbs for the one hour.
Map on IFE did not work, as usual.
No comment/complaint cards available on board.
