I live in SF and eat out quite a bit. One of my peronal favorites is XYZ in the W Hotel in DT SFO. In fact, I was just there 4 weeks ago with 2 friends...we all ordered different things and shared...everything was (as usual) supurb!

If you go, don't forget to have the Hungarian Tokaij dessert wine--my absolute favorite!
