Was it not an AR 732 that hit the runway hard enough at the old USH airport to break it in half just aft of the wing - about 20 years ago (or so)? Perhaps I should find my photo of it.. IIRC, there were reports of several fatalities (or at least injuries).
AR last had a fatality amongst its passengers in 1992. This was caused by a contaminated shrimp.
Last crash was in 1970 on a prop plane.
