I am trying to get the 10K miles from MasterCard for spending 25K on world elite card. i have had 5 calls over an hour on the phone with the Philippines with several explanations like "We sent you a letter that said you need to spend $50K in October" or "We show u have 145K miles". This is probably a stupid question but are you sure you have spent $25K+ this calendar year? Refunds of items and items purchased last December but billed this January don't count.
In my case I had the miles deposited once I crossed $25K even before I had paid the last bill.
