Ah, I see! There were so many BA staff there I was wondering if they volunteered to help.

Thank you so much to everyone at BA, both volunteers and regular shifts, whether they are working at airports or behind the scenes.

The policeman I was speaking to said T5 was the best terminal today because it was well-managed, too. It might not have felt like it to many passengers, but I could really see that a lot of effort has gone into managing the situation the best they could. Apparently, other terminals were much worse.
