I'll be doing the LH Business short hauls soon, and I was very surprised by this business class practice! Do they put a large table on the seat in the middle, or is it literally just an empty seat? I was unsure from the airline's description.
The centre section of the seat back folds down and it has a hard case on it to act as a table. This allows them to easily add or remove C seats when needed.
