I'd say 95% of all inflight complaints are due to FA's noncompliance to company's protocol ie. preflt drink service. I'd understand there are situations where such things are just not practical ie. quick turnaround due to late incoming flight, weather, etc. But if there is two FAs standing in the front galley not doing much, they should work in accordance to company's rules. I esp notice that when I boarded late, the chance of being served preflt drink is close to zero. I don't mind but it just seems stupid.
