I am currently staying at the Westin Park Central in Dallas, Texas. I was upgraded to a club floor and the room is very nice and it has a lovely down comforter and down pillows. This is my first stay at a Westin property and was really expecting some really nice bed. The bed seems rather hard. How can I tell if it is a Heavenly Bed? What should I be expecting?
