I thought the number for the Silver (and Gold) hotlines were kept semi-secret to prevent lowly Blues and non-BAEC travellers from swamping the line?

Does anyone know if the Silver number is also affected by the long waits reported on the main customer numbers? I'm supposed to be flying on Wednesday so it would be nice to know that can still get through on a priority number.
