If you had a Japanese credit card or bank account and mobile SUICA on your Japanese phone, you could recharge online, but I don't think there's any such solution geared to temporary visitors.

I think you can buy a SUICA+N'EX combo with your credit card at NRT... (Or am I wrong?)
