We stayed here in April and it really is a great property. The manager and asst. manager (I think they are brothers) are very friendly, as is the whole staff. We checked in on Good Friday so we weren't upgraded then, but we were later in our stay. I recommend the place very highly.
Be sure to get a room facing the falls, it's quite spectacular.
