Just seen this update offering cancellations or rebooking for anyone who wants to change arrangements between now and the 24th. I'm flying (allegedly) LHR to NRT 25th so waiting to see what happens as if this is extended to cover flights on 25th am considering canceling BA and flying KLM from BRS (not on a flexible flight so that not an option atm..)

If you are due to travel from Heathrow between now and 24 December, please consider whether your travel is essential. If you do not need to travel you can cancel your flight, and get a full refund, or change your flight to another date in the next 355 days.

We are experiencing extremely high call volumes and visits to our website so you may experience a delay in contacting us or changing your booking online.

Customers travelling to or from London Heathrow up to 24th December and who do not wish to travel may:
