Flew YEG-YYZ J recently on a 7 am run. Let’s start at the MLL in YEG, every other table a mess with only one staff member working, coffee machine out of order, nothing but white toast/jam, yogurt & cereal. On to the E90, IC no-where in site, Y class taking the overhead luggage space. In the air, Y folks start using J washroom, and eventually someone decides that actually relieving themselves all over the bathroom is a neat thing to do. Very un-impressed
