Honestly not sure.... I would think it would be only those segments that used equipment with a first class cabin, and I think the numbers may be just that. I see a lot of names on the GIDS and on the upgrade list on line that do not make it up front. If you included all flights I would think the percentages would be worse, but that is just a guess.
