I'm willing to give it a go as I'll be flying with the family, all 4 of us, so it's not like I'm going to miss SQ's great IFE or drinks selection in Y. On the plus side I'm counting on the seatbelt sign not coming on at the slightest ripple in the stratosphere.
I assume the best way forward would be to check bassinet row seat availability beforehand on my chosen route+dates, book my tickets, and then call LH? Do I use ExpertFlyer to view the current seatmap on flights?
