It's not the airlines fault that the bags were too heavy, if you read my post properly the issue was that a bag that was deemed the right weight suddenly was labeled too heavy by the guy several minutes later. Additionally we had proof of a bus ticket to another destination but the clerk was pretty adamant in us buying a return plane ticket via Malaysian Airlines.
