Having trouble receiving double points from summer
Last summer I got a targeted email saying through September 4th, I could get double points on all Amtrak train, AND those double points would count toward Select status. Well on August 26th, I took a day trip including a trip on the Acela from NYP to BOS in 1st class. I handed in 4 tickets that day but only received my base points for 3 of those 4 tickets. In other words, I did not receive the double points.
I called AGR and they said I need to send in copies of my ticket stubs and an explanation of what I needed. Well its been nearly a month and nothing has been added. It's coming down to near the end of the year, and I need those points to post so it can count my Select Plus status.
So can anyone help me?
