The 5 for $99 I just got five minutes ago are indeed "valid for a single day" and "itineraries that include a date change between origin and destination are treated as the same day of travel."

I HAVE had agents WANT to keep my full-day multi-club pass in the past - - even to the extent that if I want to leave the lounge for a while I was told they would still keep it, and just wave me back in when they see me - - but if you tell them you will be using it at other destinations they have no recourse but to let you hold on to it.
