This is pretty ridiculous, especially with their latest promotion "Buy 5 one-day passes for $99". Seems like a great deal under the old "one-day" pass rules but now not as practical. I assume they duped a lot of people into buying these "one-day" passes thinking they were the old real one-day passes. This is true bait-and-switch marketing. When did this "enhancement" come about?
Actually I just bought the 5 passes for $99 and the agent in the SC said that they are indeed "one day" and not "one visit" passes. And it states as much on the passes themselves "valid for a single day of travel." We will see the next time I or a friend tries to use them. Valid to 12/31/2011.
Also, it is a cheap way to purchase a SC membership - they will ask if you want to purchase a membership when you use one of these and if so, they will take $50 off the membership. Being you only paid $20 for the pass, that is like a $30 discount.
