Yeah, I kind of figured Craigslist as a possibility but I think as some of the repliers have said that can be problematic unless your buying one locally. I was kind of surprised that I haven't found any listed on Ebay but it might be one of those things they don't permit to be resold. I was also hoping their might be a buyer/reseller of these somewhere online but I haven't found any unfortunately.
If bought on Craigslist, I agree you'd want to be cautious. As someone mentioned above, make sure you log on to southwest.com to check the balance.
There are no policies that I am aware of against selling gift cards, in fact, there are a lot of sites out there that purchase gift cards for a percentage of the balance. Gift cards don't expire, which is a perk.
I've been tempted to sell my $500 in gift cards from Southwest, but I figure if I save them, it forces me to take vacation and enjoy them instead of just paying bills. :-)
