When dealing with casino hosts; never be afraid to ASK for things until they say NO. A "NO" shouldn't be seen as a negative, it just means that you have probably gotten as much as you possibly can (from that host and/or situation).
Always... ASK! ASK! ASK! 

Good advise
I shall wait until arrival, then ask. Where do I find the casino hosts there? I assume the ones working the Red Card signup booths are not appropriately empowered, nor are the pit bosses.
