What I find aggravating is that they site will not list all available rates, but I have to keep going back and try several different variables.

Under promotional rate alone, some hotels list 4 or 5 different choices of "best available rates"??

Why not just list them all and allow us to read the details to see if we would qualify for the rate, ie AAA.

In this instance, I think the Hilton site is much better. And that is why I always call the Platinum concierge and have them do all the "dirty work" for me. Luckily I have a very nice "Starwood Platinum Angel"!
