I too originally thought it might be unique to the old Sheraton system, but because I have received the same notation on folios from some Westins and Ws, but not all, I was curious. I guess for me it is an indication of both conversion from the C$ to the US$-based Starpoints, as well as what taxes are or are not included in the points calculation.
