Which is the correct information in this situation,

OLCI for SFO-LHR BA286 for Dec.19 (arrives Monday 10:35am)shows flight as still operating, yet
BA web site Arrivals and departures shows both SFO-LHR flights on Dec, 19th as cancelled.

Who's right?

So here I am in London waiting to find out if my wife will arrive or not.

To make it even more complicated, the US number for BA is currently closed for the night, and I've not been able to get through on the UK number.
However until they agree on wether the flight is cancelled, could we even rebook at all at this point?
