the advice you've gotten is correct.
not all expedia purchases i are instantaneous, and without a ticket number being issued the airline will not have a record. Hope it works out - keep calling and check w/ a cc company - sometimes the ticket number is on the receipt.
The Flight #'s are correct, it's operated by CO w / Flt # 113 and the BMI Flt # as the codeshare is correct according to the BMI website.
