You are taking what a reporter wrote as gospel (haven't you learned already?). They don't explain what they meant either. As I stated it is possible another machine was deployed which the reporter interpreted as a reintroduction.
Maybe you should take your own advice and email the reporter and ask them to explain what they meant.
