I'll add my kudos to this property as well. I stayed at the Westin LAX the first time I had an overnight at the airport and was less than impressed. The next time I was there, I decided to give the Sheraton a try because it was $10 less. I'll never go back to the Westin. The Westin wasn't BAD, per se, but the Sheraton was miles above it. I've gone back several times, too! Even as Gold, I've been upgraded to an executive suite or better every time, and I find the desk staff to be very friendly and efficient. Just my $.02.
