Having spent a lot of last yr in hotels in Santa clara - I would highly recommend the SC Marriot - the conciege lounge is open 24 hrs a day. The hotel is currently being remodeled, so you might want to try the brand new Hilton ( right across the street from the Westin) - nice executive floor- nice lounge - decent evening hour and breakfast as well as a very nice Diamond amenity at check in. Howver, the Marrito does have high speed Interent in the rooms , and as of last month the Hilton did not have theirs working yet - so if thats important to you check it out first
