The same thing happened to me earlier this week. It made me a bit nervous, but I was too busy to think about it (in fact, I'd forgotten until I saw this post). I just set the new card and accompanying papers aside, figured I deal with them later, if some problem arose.

I'm very curious to know what triggered this.
