Hey, as I said I was in a hurry--I had a cab waiting, it was 5 a.m., I was headed for the airport, and I practically had to wake someone up at the front desk--I just didn't have the time. This isn't my fault because I didn't take the time to correct their mistake. As it has happened to you, siliconengineer a number of times, it's obviously not just an isolated incident either. Kind of looks like it may be automatically billed and the only ones who don't pay are those who point it out.
As I said, it was overall a positive experience and I'll probably give this property another shot when I travel to BTR again next month. But I better not find any local phone charges on my bill or I'll be really suspicious!!
