cigarzfan, welcome to the FlyerTalk message boards!

At this particular hotel, the differences between the club level and the traditional level are that the club level rooms are more plush with upgraded amenities such as a robe and slippers and a marble bathroom. They also feature turndown service. You will have free access to the club level lounge where a complimentary continental breakfast (6:30AM - 9:30AM) and evening hors d'oeuvres (6PM - 8PM) are served. Sodas and water are also complimentary throughout the day in this lounge and there is a cash bar for alcoholic drinks as well.

A word of caution, however. Many Sheraton hotels feature these club level lounges, but most do not offer access to them every day of the week. Depending upon the customer base, some operate between Monday and Friday and some are open 7 days a week.

A quick call to this hotel reveals that they operate their club level 24/7. If they should need the space for a meeting, they will make other arrangements for their club level patrons to receive the benefit of the club level room type.
