I am back and forth with the front desk on email to find out exactly what my RA benefits are so far - here is what I have confirmed ( on a paid stay):

Gift = IC Towels
Free Minibar incuding snacks and all drinks
8 am check in
4 pm check out (both valuable as you arrive early and fly out late)
Fruit etc upon arrival, waters.

upgrade - this is what I am waiting for a response still - I know they give 1 category upgrade, but I am request 2 category upgrade for RA. I will keep everyone informed.

Questions:

1. Has any RA's recieved a 2 category upgrade or always one?

2. Would you reccomend taking a Diamond or a Diamond Otemanu ( i hear some drawbacks are that the better rooms have much deeper water). Does anyone have a room number of a perfect diamond room where you can swim and its not super deep - so i can request it?

3. Any other special RA experinces from this property?
