Same problem here. For some reason PC VISA (i.e. Chase) does not recognize the IC Thalasso charges as being an IC Hotel charge. I believe it has to do with the way IC Thalasso records the charge (i.e. different corporate charge name). Same thing happened at the IC Le Moana or IC Tahiti (can't remember which one). I had to call Chase and get them to investigate and manually credit me the points. Big pain... I think it took multiple calls to Chase for them to credit the appropriate 3 points per $1.00 spent. I kept telling them that this was a IC Hotel charge even though there was no reference to IC on the statement. You would think they would have fixed this problem by now.
