Amazing, so ist must have been several year since you left the US. and if must have been several year since you last stayed at at Hilton or IC propery. I avoid SPG as hell in the US, so I do not know. But IC and Hilton make me sign and I read a lot about smoking penalties and would not be amazed to read something about a key card penalty.
