Luckily I booked using my Amex and they automatically include lost luggage insurance and was covered, check with your credit card company and see if you have any coverage with them.
Good call. Wish I had remembered that it was offered back in January. Flew CMH - ATL - STT in first and placed my PSP in the seat back pocket, fell asleep, and landed. Forgot to grab it and didn't realize it until I was out of the terminal. Went back to the ticketing agent and they literally told me to get lost and that there was nothing that they could do. I chalked it up to a learning experience and looking back, I am so glad that it wasn't my IPad (not released yet.)
