I found an excellent site to check your email address or username to see if it was compromised by the gawkers hack.

You can type in your email or username or md5hash of your email address (for the real paranoid) and the site will search the database for a match.

It does a case insensitive search and they claim to have fixed typos in the database!

They even have some sort of "fuzzy" search function!
