I found it in my bag--it was in a black case so it blended in with the bag. I'm grateful to know about Visa's program though.

But I often lose things so I'd still like to know: For the person who got his money back from Amex, did you have to prove theft or did you simply say that you had left the bag? How easy was the process. It turns out Visa has a program like this but I have never used it.
