The Amadeus glossary for fare codes lists J C D I and R as "Club Except UK Dom Class".

They do sell C and D fares on UK Dom but these don't get loung access - so you could have that "Club except UK Do
Class" but no lounge access - but as has been pointed out if it is a J class then you will have.
