the phone reps do not have access to the list any more, I used to call when Ieft my item now I am just directed to the website, good luck hope and employee and or another passenger was honest enough to turn it in. I have heard many stories of other passengers taking things and not turning in as well.. sad but true... just hope it is not a fellow FT'er!!
