How to apply for a refund for a cancelled flight
This morning I was due to fly to Frankfurt with my two daughters, but the flight was cancelled due to the weather in Frankfurt. After a very long wait in a queue I was handed a small card and told to call the number on there for a full refund. There is no number! It is merely a PO Box number in Liverpool for "customer feedback".
I have searched all around the Lufthansa site (UK site) and can't find how to apply for a refund.
I booked using the Lufthansa website, does anyone know how I apply for a refund? Is there an email address or phone number in the UK?
