^ sounds like you are getting a good deal as my rate is almost $400 before tax. i too arrived after 9pm several nights ago and will be leaving before 8am.
good luck with the kids... i shall say the bathroom design in the room that i am in will not be that convenient for kids, and somehow the shower keeps leaking.
as for heating, they did come and fix it instantly, but still the last thing you want is a visit from engineering at that late hour.
