Question, I was #4 on upgrade list with 4 seats left from IAH-EWR. Mechanical problems, change of planes, 5 hour delay got me to #2 with 4 seats open. Within 1 hour i was down to #9 Im assuming people booked in F on different flights trying to get reacommodated? question is how could so many others leap me in line? Im a platinum, on a K ticket and requested an upgrade w/miles. shouldnt the upgrade with miles trump other plats on higher tickets?
