Excellent post! Thank you very much for the insight-- hadn't thought of it that way.

Instead, I'd like to ask... What if I buy coach with money, and then call to upgrade with miles/fee combo. Do you think that is worthwhile? (Assuming I'm out of stickers I'll be soon earning)
