And for the Plat Challenge period, I will be flying 24K base miles, which will get me 12K points (Plat) and 30K base miles (with Gold 25% bonus) and that will get me 12 stickers (4 per every 10) with the 6 base I've already flown this year.
Oops, gotcha - I forgot about the 8 stickers for 35k miles thing. Pretty bad deal though if you ask me - you're basically spending 35k miles on something you can buy for $240, or an implicit value of 0.7 cents per mile. You can do much better spending your miles even on international Y travel, let alone F/J.
No international upgrades with stickers, unfortunately (though I believe Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean count as "domestic" for this purpose).
