ELIGIBILITY: The Element Hotels Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to citizens of the United States that are residents of the contiguous forty eight (48) United States (including the District of Columbia) and legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at time of entry. Employees of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and Showtime Networks, Inc. as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations and is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
