Casual attire doesn't bother me, but bare feet and walking around in a bathrobe (presumably with little on underneath) is downright gross.
I would imagine that CA or SF has a "shirts & shoes" law for restaurants. Seems like that should apply at a hotel lounge since it's essentially the same thing. (I mean, it's not really a "private club"...)
