guest:"it is called the sheraton mirage resort and spa gold coast"

spg"yes, but it is classified as a hotel"

guest"can you not see that this is misleading, to call it a resort? it is on the most popular holiday beach in australia. it has a picture of someone getting a massage on the website, and when booking i was told all about the fitness center. don;t you think that's wrong to call it a resort if it isn't?"


spg"well, we are allowed to do that because the people who classify such things, such as conde nast they don;t call us a resort, it is just a hotel."
