My choice would be the Sheraton Centre-Ville. As a Platinum, you would most likely get upgraded to a suite, and Club Lounge access would most certainly be a given, even if you weren't accomodated on the Club Floor. The Lounge, by the way, is quite spectacular given its top floor vantage point, luxurious appointments and waiters clad in formal long tails. Breakfast, afternoon tea and evening hors d'oeuvres are served daily, but, similar to a cruise ship, soft drinks and alcohol are not complimentary while tea and coffee are.

The Four Points is not a bad chioce, but feels more like an efficiency apartment (its previous incarnation). The hotel is mostly comprised of junior suites, but as a Platinum you would most likely get a small two room version. The property has more of a suburban feel to it than a true full service downtown hotel. There is no Club Level or breakfast offered.

The Sheraton Centre-Ville often participates in Starwood's Last-Minute Weekend Rates where rates are often in the $149 CAD ($95 USD) range. A bargain, really, considering all the benefits you receive as a Platinum.
