I've done the OLCI when tranistting back through (staying at the transit hotel), but still had to check in at the transit counter which had only one line with never more than 2-3 people at ~4:00am.

I will still OLCI so hopefully I will get a "Have One On Us" chit and see what happens from there. I'll post a follow up when I return hopefully with some better information since it seems to be scarce to find for this.

The only good thing about the lounge at that time is the free coffee, but it's still not as good as the Starbucks below
