Oh dear, I am flying into Heathrow on Sunday, then on to Newcastle. This means that I have three chances of disruption:
1. The outbound (which leaves LHR at 11 on Saturday morning) is delayed or cancelled; or
2. The inbound is delayed or cancelled; or
3. BA pull their normal trick and cancel all domestics.

This time last year I was in San Francisco agonising about the strike; this year it is the weather. I might just give up and stay here for Christmas!
